Artist Imogene Drummond at the Temple of Poseidon in Greece

Liberty Not Lies artist-designed tee-shirts are created by artist, author and filmmaker Imogene Drummond. Her artwork has been exhibited internationally and nationally. A member of the esteemed Society of Women Geographers, she has painted extensively at sacred sites around the world. Drummond has an MFA from MICA (Maryland Institute College of Art), an MSW in clinical psychotherapy from The Catholic University of America, and a BA from Trinity College in Washington, DC.

Drummond’s article "Options For The Future: Transforming Patriarchy Through A Process Of Cultural Metamorphosis" was published in The Rule Of Mars: Readings on the Origin, History and Impact of Patriarchy in May, 2006. In her article, she envisions the transformation of patriarchy and the various developmental shapes that process can take, and posits specific ways to shift from our current situation to a healthier culture. CHOICE Book Review, in December 2006, rated the book as Highly Recommended, and described it thus: "eclectic and fascinating ... Three concluding essays by Clark, Eisler, and Drummond chart an exciting path for a world beyond patriarchy."
